Regulations on the Form of Official Gazette Publications

Accordingly, Circular 01 stipulates that the form of the Official Gazette publication must meet the following conditions:

- The Official Gazette publication is issued in the form of a printed Official Gazette and an electronic Official Gazette. The printed Official Gazette is the Official Gazette printed on paper; the electronic Official Gazette is the electronic version of the printed Official Gazette, published when the printed Official Gazette is released.- The electronic Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is published on the Electronic Information Portal of the Government of Vietnam; the provincial electronic Official Gazette is published on the Electronic Information Portal/Website of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, Circular 01 also stipulates that the format of the Official Gazette publication must meet the following standards:

- The Official Gazette publication has dimensions of 29 cm (length) x 20.5 cm (width); in cases where the document sent for publication in the Official Gazette does not conform to the standard dimensions, the Official Gazette publication is formatted like the original document.- The font used in the printed Official Gazette publication is the Vietnamese font of the Unicode character set according to Vietnamese standards.- The header of the Official Gazette publication includes: National emblem, Official name, Motto of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; the text OFFICIAL GAZETTE (for provincial Official Gazettes, the name of the province or centrally governed city where the publication is published is stated); Official Gazette number; date, month, year; table of contents of documents published in the Official Gazette issue.- The content section of the Official Gazette publication includes the header and the contents of the documents published in the Official Gazette.- The footer of the Official Gazette publication includes the name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address of the Official Gazette agency, the access address of the electronic Official Gazette on the Internet, the name of the printing facility of the Official Gazette, and the selling price of the Official Gazette publication (if any).
