Minimum Number of Annual Quality Assessments for Training of Cadres, Civil Servants, and Public Employees

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued Circular 10/2017/TT-BNV regulating the assessment of training quality for officials and public employees.

According to the provisions of Circular 10, the number of times for quality assessment of training for officials and public employees is as follows:

- Annually, at least 20% of training courses must be assessed in accordance with the provisions from Articles 5 to 8 of Circular 10; 10% of training courses must be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Circular 10, and 1 training course by rank, standard title of officials and public employees or the standard of leadership and management positions must be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Circular 10.

Notice:

- The management agency, unit utilizing officials and public employees may choose to implement one or several contents in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II of Circular 10 depending on the purpose of the assessment.- The independent evaluation agency conducts evaluations based on the orders of the competent authority.- Assessment level: From 1 to 10.
