The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BTNMT on December 14, 2018, stipulating specific regulations on the inspection of surveying and mapping product quality.

Accordingly, Circular 25 stipulates the activities for inspecting the quality of surveying and mapping products, including:

- Inspecting the completeness, legality, consistency, and validity of the Quality Inspection Dossier of products at the construction unit level;- Analyzing and evaluating the content of the technical summary report, quality inspection report of products, quality inspection records, inspection opinion sheets, and inspection measurement data at the construction unit level;- Evaluating the specifications of the products against the standards, technical regulations, and other regulations in the approved scheme, project, or technical design - estimate;- Determining the quantity of work items and products that meet the quality requirements and those that do not meet the quality requirements (if any);- Evaluating and proposing to readjust the difficulty levels of the executed work items and products to comply with current regulations and actual production.
