- This is one of the strictly prohibited acts specified in the Law on donation, removal and transplantation of human tissues and organs and the donation and recovery of cadavers 2006 of Vietnam. The law prohibits illegal tissue harvesting and transplantation as well as acts affecting the transplant recipient, tissue donor, and the human body.
