The program to support airfare for employees in Vietnam on the Tet holiday is guided by the following Official Dispatchs: Official Dispatch 5218/TLD-QHLD dated October 20, 2022; Official Dispatch 642/LDLD dated October 25, 2022; and Official Dispatch 1195/LDLD-CSPL dated November 3, 2022, specifically as follows:

1. The purpose of implementing the program is to support plane tickets for employees on the Tet holiday in Vietnam

- Encourage union members and employees to take advantage of the Flight First/Pay Later service during the Lunar New Year in 2023.

- Developing financial plans for union members and employees in order to reduce the burden of costs and risks.

2. Launching time of the program to support employee plane tickets during the Tet holiday in Vietnam

- Media notice: plane ticket registration in installments will be available from October 12, 2022 to November 12, 2022.

- End of registration: November 18, 2022.

3. Scope of implementation of the program to support plane tickets on the Tet holiday for employees in Vietnam

63 Provincial and City Labor Confederations; 20 Central Sector Trade Unions and equivalents; and the General Trade Union under the General Confederation

4. Product information: Fly first, pay later.

- Application scope: domestic routes

- Fares: Apply according to the online public price on Vietjetair's website.

- Payment schedule: 3-4 months

- Installment fee: 4%/month

- Order processing fee: 1%

- Booking period: beginning in October 2022.

- The deadline for payment is January 18, 2022.

- Tet flights are in effect from January 5, 2023 to February 5, 2023 (round trip flights are included in the flight schedule).

- Mandatory regulations: Customers participating in the program must complete payment 48 hours before using flight services. Orders that do not agree with MOVI's conditions may be subject to ticket cancellation.
