Decree 141/2017/ND-CP stipulating the region-based minimum wages in 2018 has been officially issued by the Government of Vietnam recently. Lawnet provides the system of region-based minimum wage tables for 2018 to members, especially enterprises employing employees. To be specific:

The lowest salary for the simplest job or title under normal working conditions: must not be lower than the region-based minimum wage in Vietnam.

Decree 141/2017/ND-CP came into effect on January 25, 2018, and the provisions in this Decree were applied from January 1, 2018.
