Agree to sign the Agreement on providing non-refundable aid between Vietnam and China (Artwork)
Accordingly, the Government agrees to sign an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement on the provision of non-refundable aid between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Republic of China. fiscal year 2020.
At the same time, the Government authorized the leadership of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Vietnam with the authorized representative of the Chinese Government.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out the authorization procedures for the signing of the Agreement according to regulations.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall report to the Government on the signing of the above Agreement at the nearest regular Government meeting; assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies on the Vietnamese side and the Chinese side in the implementation of the Agreement.
Resolution 36/NQ-CP was issued on March 15, 2022.
