This is the key content mentioned in Report 78/BC-BTP on the implementation status of the Program for the development of laws, ordinances, and the promulgation of documents detailing the implementation of laws and ordinances in the first quarter and tasks for the second quarter of 2018.

To be specific, according to the plan, in the first quarter of 2018, 153 documents will be developed and promulgated, including 61 documents detailing the laws and ordinances that have already taken effect and 92 documents detailing the laws that have not yet taken effect.
However, as of March 26, 2018, the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, ministries, and ministerial-level agencies have issued 44 out of 153 documents, consisting of:
- 43 out of 61 documents detailing the laws and ordinances that have already taken effect; 18 out of 61 documents still pending issuance;- 1 out of 92 documents detailing the laws that will take effect in the near future. The remaining 91 out of 92 documents are being researched and drafted, including 63 out of 91 documents detailing the laws that will take effect from July 1, 2018.
