To implement Circular 91/2017/TT-BTC dated August 31, 2017, issued by the Ministry of Finance, regarding the examination, issuance, and management of auditor certificates and accountant certificates, the Ministry of Finance has compiled the “Study Materials, Exam Preparation for Auditor and Accountant Certificates applicable for 2020”, consisting of 2 volumes:
Study Materials, Exam Preparation for Auditor and Accountant Certificates 2020
Volume I: Includes 04 modules applicable for auditor and accountant examinees.
- Module 1: Economic law and Enterprise Law;- Module 2: Advanced Finance and Financial Management;- Module 3: Advanced Taxation and Tax Management;- Module 4: Advanced Financial Accounting and Management Accounting;
Volume II: Includes 03 modules applicable for auditor examinees
- Module 5: Advanced Auditing and Assurance Services;- Module 6: Advanced Financial Activity Analysis;- Module 7: Foreign Language (English).
These are the materials used for studying and preparing for the examination to obtain auditor and accountant certificates for 2020. The materials have been compiled and reviewed by experts of the Ministry of Finance, lecturers from major universities, and have been approved for circulation for the 2020 examination.
Those who already have auditor certificates issued by foreign organizations and wish to take the proficiency test to obtain a Vietnamese auditor certificate will study the corresponding modules mentioned above (Study materials are the same as for domestic auditors).
