According to Decision 989/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2017, of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, the certificate “The Nation Acknowledges His Contribution” is awarded to 498 martyrs from the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and 36 provinces and cities, including: An Giang, Bac Lieu, Bac Ninh, Ben Tre, Dak Nong, Dien Bien, Dong Thap, Ha Nam, Hanoi, Ha Tinh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hau Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, Lao Cai, Long An, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Ninh Thuan, Nghe An, Phu Tho, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Ninh, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Soc Trang, Son La, Tien Giang, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long.

Decision 990/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2017, of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam provides reissuing the certificate “The Nation Acknowledges His Contribution” to 7,638 martyrs from the provinces: Nghe An, Long An, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Thanh Hoa.

For example:

- Nghe An province has martyrs: Ngo Thuc Thiem, Nguyen Khoi, Tran Van Dao,...;- Long An province has martyrs: Ca Van Voi, Bui Van Tay, Dang Van Tren,...

Decision 1005/QD-TTg dated July 11, 2017, of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam provides reissuing the certificate “The Nation Acknowledges His Contribution” to 4,309 martyrs from the provinces and cities: Dong Nai, Quang Ninh, Ben Tre, Yen Bai, Cao Bang, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Tien Giang, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Kien Giang, Hung Yen, Quang Ngai, Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Dong Thap, Ho Chi Minh City, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Son La, Gia Lai, Tuyen Quang, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Kon Tum, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Ha Tinh, Nam Dinh.
