Hanoi-Vietnam: Penalties for violations against the regulations on speeding limits when participating in traffic

The vehicle operator participating in traffic is responsible for adhering to the regulations on speeding limits to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Currently, penalties for violations against the regulations on speeding limits when participating in traffic in Vietnam will comply with the provisions of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP.

Overall, the current penalties for violations against the regulations on speeding limits when participating in traffic have increased compared to previous regulations. This increase helps vehicle operators better adhere to traffic rules. Therefore, vehicle operators in general and motorcyclists and automobile operators in particular need to clearly understand traffic regulations to avoid being fined.
