Vietnam: Summary of specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to ships and inland waterway vehicles according to Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGTVT

The Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGTVT on specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to ships and inland waterway vehicles and certificates of industrial products used for inland waterway vehicles.

According to Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam, 06 specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to ships are specified as follows:

- Specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to ships in accordance with regulations of Vietnam law;

- Specimens of certificates of technical and environmental safety issued to ships in accordance with international conventions of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Labor Organization (ILO);

- Specimens of temporary or conditional certificates;

- Specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to Vietnamese ships by authorized foreign registries;

- Specimens of certificates and registers of technical and environmental safety issued to inland waterway vehicles;

- Specimens of certificates issued to industrial products used for inland waterway vehicles.
