2	Promotion to specialist, principal specialist and equivalent ranks; promotion to public employee rank II, rank III

	- From 500 candidates and above	VND/candidate/time	500,000
III	Re-evaluation of recruitment exams; promotion exams for officials, elevation exams for public employees	VND/examination paper	150,000
