The Principal of the University Shall Issue the Physical Education Program

To be specific, pursuant to Clause 4, Article 6 of Circular 25/2015/TT-BGDĐT, the head of the higher education institution shall issue the Physical Education course program based on the conclusion of the Evaluation Council and the proposal of the scientific and training council.

Additionally, the Circular also provides regulations regarding the evaluation of the Physical Education course program as follows:

- The head of the higher education institution shall issue a decision establishing the Evaluation Council for the Physical Education course program and the necessary conditions to ensure the implementation of teaching (hereinafter referred to as the Evaluation Council). The Evaluation Council will comprise at least 03 (three) members with a Master's degree or higher in the field of physical education or sports training; members of the Drafting Team are not to participate in the Evaluation Council.

- The Evaluation Council consists of: the chairman, the secretary member, and the referee members, of which at least 02 (two) members must be external to the training institution.

- The Evaluation Council performs the assessment of the Physical Education course program and the conditions ensuring quality for teaching; they conclude to either approve or disapprove the Physical Education course program of the higher education institution.
