Circular 19/2019/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the skills that students graduating from the intermediate level dance actor program must achieve as follows:

- Execute basic techniques and skills of the dance forms learned in the training program;- Perform basic techniques in solo dance, duo dance, trio dance, and group dance;- Demonstrate proficient basic skills and techniques in performing dance pieces, dance poetry, and dance drama, etc.;- Perform domestic and international dance works in various styles;- Utilize audio equipment, music software, explore communication technology applications, ensuring safety for both performers and equipment;- Flexibly and appropriately apply soft skills such as: presentation skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, teamwork skills, etc., effectively in the work process;- Have basic information technology skills as prescribed; apply information technology in some professional tasks of the field;- Have basic foreign language skills, achieving level 1/6 in the Vietnam Foreign Language Competency Framework; apply foreign language skills in some professional tasks of the field.

Additionally, this Circular also stipulates the level of autonomy and responsibility for the intermediate level dance actor program as follows:

- Possess proper professional ethics and attitude, discipline awareness, and a professional, scientific working method;- Have the ability to self-orient, adapt to different working environments. Self-study, accumulate knowledge and experience to improve professional qualifications;- Have the capability to plan, coordinate, and harness collective intelligence;- Have the ability to evaluate and innovate performance activities on a medium scale;- Collaborate with group members in practice and dance performance; take responsibility for individual work results before the choreographer or dance group leader.
