Report on the Verification and Confirmation of Information by the Market Management Force

Circular 35 stipulates that the official Market Management unit assigned to carry out the task of information collection, verification, and confirmation is responsible for:

- Immediately conducting the verification and confirmation of information as directed by the person assigning the task;- Reporting the results of the information verification and confirmation in writing to the person assigning the task for consideration and handling of the verification and confirmation results.

At the same time, Circular 35 also stipulates that the written report of the verification and confirmation results must include the following main contents:

- Full name, position, and unit of the person conducting the verification and confirmation;- Name and address of the organization, individual, or location subject to verification and confirmation;- Timeframe for conducting the verification and confirmation;- Content assigned for verification and confirmation, including detailed results of the verification and confirmation for each content item;- Proposals and recommendations of the person conducting the verification and confirmation. In cases of violations of the law or signs of legal violations, the proposal section must include: the name and address of the individual, organization, or location proposed for inspection; the content proposed for inspection; the proposed inspection timeframe; the anticipated violation; proposed composition and number of participants in the Inspection Team, the number of support personnel for the Inspection Team if necessary; anticipated situations that may arise and corresponding handling measures, including the application of preventive measures if any;- Full name and signature of the reporting individual.
