Prompt announcement of admission methods for 2025 and the following years in Vietnam

The Prime Minister requires the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam to develop and promptly release a reference exam set with long-term stability, enabling schools, teachers, and students to be proactive in reviewing, teaching, and learning activities in Vietnam.

Conduct training to enhance the capabilities of educational management personnel and teachers across localities and higher education institutions concerning the organization of the Examination, the development of test question banks, and test sets; concurrently contributing to enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness, and the ability to inspect and evaluate education quality.

Organize the construction of exam sets ensuring quality, confidentiality, safety, with differentiation levels meeting the Examination and enrollment requirements.

Review and complete processes and regulations to ensure strictness in all phases and steps of the development of test sets and question banks. Direct localities to organize exam grading with precision, objectivity, and honesty.

Urgently review, amend, supplement, and complete regulations on enrollment aiming to enhance public disclosure, transparency, fairness, reliability, reduce pressure, and create conditions for students to select majors suitable to their capabilities according to the 2018 General Education Program;

At the same time, ensure that enrollment is objective, substantive, aligned with professional fields, training areas, and positively influences enhancing the quality of teaching and learning activities at the general education level. Direct training institutions to promptly complete and announce promptly the enrollment methods for the year 2025 and following years in Vietnam.
