Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT regulates the reporting on the situation of students and the results of implementing political education work and student affairs. Specifically as follows:

1. Content requirements for the report: Situation of students; results of implementing political education work and student affairs; general assessment; Directions and tasks for the next semester or academic year; suggestions, recommendations (if any).

2. Reporting entities, recipients, and reporting procedures: Department of Education and Training reports to the Provincial Department of Education and Training; Provincial Department of Education and Training reports to the Ministry of Education and Training; Higher education institutions report to the Ministry of Education and Training.

3. Reporting periods: First semester report; academic year report.

4. Reporting submission and reception method: Implement according to the provisions in Article 6 of this Circular.

5. Report data cut-off time:

- First semester summary report: Calculated from the beginning of the academic year to the end of the first semester according to the annual academic year time frame;- Academic year summary report: Calculated from the beginning of the academic year to the end of the academic year according to the annual academic year time frame.

6. Report submission deadline:

For paper reports:

- The Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Provincial Department of Education and Training before January 25 and June 25 every year.- The Provincial Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions submit the report to the Ministry of Education and Training before January 31 and June 30 every year;

For reports submitted via the Ministry of Education and Training’s information reporting system, the following provisions apply:

- The deadline for agencies and organizations to submit reports is 03 working days after the report data cut-off date;- The time for each level to compile and submit the report is 03 working days.
