Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating the policies for periodic reporting under the state management scope of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Report on the situation of students and the results of implementing educational work (Illustrative photo)
Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT regulates the reporting on the situation of students and the results of implementing political education work and student affairs. Specifically as follows:
Content requirements for the report: Situation of students; results of implementing political education work and student affairs; general assessment; Directions and tasks for the next semester or academic year; suggestions, recommendations (if any).
Reporting entities, recipients, and reporting procedures: Department of Education and Training reports to the Provincial Department of Education and Training; Provincial Department of Education and Training reports to the Ministry of Education and Training; Higher education institutions report to the Ministry of Education and Training.
Reporting periods: First semester report; academic year report.
Reporting submission and reception method: Implement according to the provisions in Article 6 of this Circular.
Report data cut-off time:
- First semester summary report: Calculated from the beginning of the academic year to the end of the first semester according to the annual academic year time frame;- Academic year summary report: Calculated from the beginning of the academic year to the end of the academic year according to the annual academic year time frame.
For paper reports:
- The Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Provincial Department of Education and Training before January 25 and June 25 every year.- The Provincial Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions submit the report to the Ministry of Education and Training before January 31 and June 30 every year;
For reports submitted via the Ministry of Education and Training’s information reporting system, the following provisions apply:
- The deadline for agencies and organizations to submit reports is 03 working days after the report data cut-off date;- The time for each level to compile and submit the report is 03 working days.
