Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP stipulates that within 15 days from the end of the internship period, the Intern must submit an Internship Result Report to the Department of Justice where the internship was registered. The report must include the following main contents:

- The number, content, legal basis, and results of the notarization requests handled by the notary guiding the internship;- Legal knowledge, notarization skills, and experience gained from the internship;- The performance of rights and obligations of the Intern;- Difficulties and obstacles during the internship (if any) and suggestions and recommendations.

Additionally, the internship report must include assessments from the guiding notary and a written confirmation from the notary practice organization that received the intern, regarding the process and results of the internship.

Note: In the case that the Intern submits the Internship Result Report and registers to take the internship result test, the Department of Justice will register for the Intern to take the test as stipulated in Article 16 of this Circular; if the Intern has not requested to take the test, the Department of Justice will record the completion of the internship period and the intern's obligations in the Internship Monitoring Register.

Moreover, the Notary guiding the internship must undertake the following responsibilities during the internship guidance process:

- Guide the Intern on the internship contents as stipulated in Article 7 of this Circular.- Monitor and check the work performed by the Intern as assigned by them.- Assess the intern's notarization practice process, clearly stating the strengths and weaknesses regarding capabilities, professional knowledge, skills, conduct per the Code of Ethics for notarial practice, and the performance of the intern's rights and obligations.- Be responsible for the results and progress of the tasks performed by the Intern under their assignment and guidance.
