Circular 20/2015/TT-BCA stipulates that students in reformatory schools must comply with the following educational regulations:
- Practice well the "5 teachings of Uncle Ho for teenagers and children."- Be active, self-disciplined, and studious. When attending school, students must wear uniforms as prescribed by the school's principal, wear shoes or sandals, and bring all necessary books, notebooks, materials, and learning tools. During class, they must maintain a serious demeanor and posture; ask for permission to enter or leave the classroom and receive approval from the teacher; avoid losing, damaging, or crumpling materials, books, and notebooks.- Show respect, politeness, humility, and proper behavior towards teachers and other students. Promote solidarity, friendship, and mutual assistance in learning and do not obstruct other students' studies.
Additionally, reformatory school students must also:
- Strictly follow orders and instructions from staff and teachers of the reformatory school.- Comply strictly with the commands and schedules for learning, labor, living, rest, cultural activities, arts, sports, and recreational activities.- Quickly line up according to the group or team when ordered to gather; maintain order and absolutely follow the commands and instructions of the school's staff and teachers.
