- Project on the model transformation of hi-tech parks, industrial parks, and export processing zones towards the development of high technology, creativity, the digital economy, the green economy, and the circular economy.

- Project to develop Thu Duc City into a new growth pole, an innovative, highly interactive city, the nucleus of Ho Chi Minh City's socio-economic promotion.

- The scheme continues to rearrange, innovate, equitize, improve quality and efficiency, and promote the role of state-owned enterprises in performing key tasks for the City.
