Procedure for Reissuance of Certificate of Registration for Operations of Counseling Centers and Victim Support Centers for Domestic Violence

Procedure for reissuance of Certificate of Registration for operation of counseling facilities and facilities supporting victims of domestic violence has been revised in Circular 23/2014/TT-BVHTTDL, issued on December 22, 2014.

Under Clause 2, Article 1, Circular 23/2014/TT-BVHTTDL, the procedure for changing the registration certificate of operation for counseling centers and support centers for domestic violence victims is amended as follows:

1. Document requirements:

- A request form to change the Registration Certificate of Operation for a counseling center on domestic violence prevention according to Form No. M8a1; A request form to change the Registration Certificate of Operation for a support center for victims of domestic violence according to Form No. M8b1 of the appendix attached to Circular 23/2014/TT-BVHTTDL;- The already issued Registration Certificate of Operation for the center;- The center's operational regulations (if amended or supplemented);- Documents related to the changes (name change, head of the center, location of headquarters), one copy of each type.

2. Implementation method:

Submit directly or send via postal mail one set of documents requesting the change of the Registration Certificate of Operation to the competent authority as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 1, Circular 23/2014/TT-BVHTTDL. Upon receiving the documents, the receiving agency is responsible for issuing a receipt and proceeding with the document assessment within 10 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents. In case of invalid documents, the agency is responsible for guiding the center to complete the documents, and the assessment period starts again from the date of receiving complete and valid documents.
