Matters on which Teachers Provide Opinions Before the Principal Makes a Decision

To be specific:, The matters on which educators, management staff, and employees give opinions before the principal's decision are stipulated in Article 11 of Circular 11/2020/TT-BGDDT as follows:

- Guidelines and solutions for implementing the resolutions of the Communist Party and the laws of the State related to the plans, projects, strategies, and development orientations of the educational institution;- Annual, semester, and monthly plans of the educational institution;- Organization of emulation movements within the educational institution;- Preliminary and final reports of the educational institution;- Measures for improving the organization, activities, and working manners; preventing corruption, practicing thrift, combating wastefulness, bureaucratic practices, and harassing the public;- Recruitment, training, and professional development plans for educators, management staff, and employees;- Implementation of policies related to the rights and interests of educators, management staff, and employees;- Rules and regulations of the educational institution.

Regarding matters on which learners give opinions:

- Annual educational and training plans of the educational institution;- Information related to learning, training, living, and mandatory contributions;- State policies;- Rules and regulations of the educational institution related to learners;- Organization of emulation movements and other activities within the educational institution related to learners.
