List of Services Priced by the Ministry of Transport, Price Framework for Air Transport Services

Circular 36/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates the list of services priced by the Ministry of Transport, the price framework for non-domestic air transportation services, and the prices for specialized aviation services as follows:

- Decision on the pricing of aviation services, including:

- Takeoff and landing services;- Flight operation services for departures and arrivals;- Services ensuring flight operations support;- Passenger services;- Aviation security services;- Flight operation services over the flight information region managed by Vietnam.

- Decision on the price framework for economy-class domestic passenger transportation sold within Vietnam on routes operated by enterprises holding a monopoly position, enterprises, or groups of enterprises holding a dominant market position.

- Decision on the price framework for certain aviation services operated by enterprises holding a monopoly position, enterprises, or groups of enterprises holding a dominant market position at airports, including:

- Aircraft parking rental services;- Passenger check-in counter rental services;- Luggage conveyor belt rental services;- Passenger boarding bridge rental services;- Comprehensive ground commercial technical services at airports (where still applied comprehensively);- Automated luggage sorting services;- Aviation fuel supply services;- Infrastructure utilization services of the underground fuel supply system at airports.

- Decision on the price framework for certain non-aviation services:

- Rental of premises at passenger terminals and cargo terminals;- Essential basic services at passenger terminals.
