This content is mentioned in Circular 03/2020/TT-BTP on the Code of Conduct for Legal Aid Providers.
According to Circular 03/2020/TT-BTP, legal aid providers must not insult, degrade the honor, or reputation of colleagues, nor exert pressure or threaten colleagues. Furthermore, in interactions with colleagues, legal aid providers must:

- Respect and protect the honor and reputation of the team of legal aid providers, jointly enhancing reputation and expertise, building trust, and respect from society towards legal aid activities.- Be sincere, united, cooperative, share experiences, help, and cooperate with colleagues to complete assigned tasks.- Must not collude with colleagues during the execution of cases, and legal aid work to create disadvantages for legal aid recipients or to seek personal gain or gain for other individuals, agencies, or organizations.- Must not obstruct or illegally interfere with colleagues' case execution and legal aid work; must not take advantage of their influence to impose, dominate, exert pressure, or illegally impact the execution of colleagues' cases and legal aid work.
Moreover, regarding the conduct of legal aid officers with legal aid trainees:
- When assigned to guide trainees, legal aid officers have the duty to wholeheartedly impart knowledge and professional experience to legal aid trainees; fully perform the assigned tasks and powers related to legal aid trainees.- Legal aid officers must not discriminate against legal aid trainees.- Legal aid officers must not take advantage of their role as trainee guides to force legal aid trainees to perform tasks outside the scope of their traineeship.
