The agencies and units registering automobiles at the Traffic Police Department in Vietnam are stipulated by Circular 64 as follows:

2.	Office of the President.
3.	Office of the National Assembly of Vietnam.
4.	Offices of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and the Government- attached agencies
5.	Offices of Central agencies of political-social organizations (Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Veterans Association, Vietnam Farmers' Association).
6.	Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam
7.	Office of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam
8.	Office of the State Audit of Vietnam

License plate symbols for vehicles of foreign organizations and individuals may be found in Circular 64/2017/TT-BCA effective from February 12, 2018.
