Guidance on Salary Transition for Officials Engaged in Clerical Work

ND-CP 10/2019/TT-BNV guides the salary placement for officials engaged in secretarial work, specifically applicable to the following categories of officials:

- Provides guidance on the salary placement for specialized secretarial officials as stipulated in ND-CP 14/2014/TT-BNV, which prescribes classification codes and professional standards for specialized secretarial officials.- Applicable to specialized secretarial officials working in the agencies and organizations of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and socio-political organizations at the central, provincial, and district levels.

The transfer and placement of salaries for officials engaged in secretarial work from the current specialized secretarial ranks or other ranks to the specialized secretarial ranks as stipulated in ND-CP 14/2014/TT-BNV shall follow the guidance provided in Section 2, Part II of ND-CP 02/2007/TT-BNV. Specifically:

- Place the salary for the chief secretarial rank (code 02.006) for officials currently classified in the principal secretarial specialist rank and equivalent.- Place the salary for the secretarial rank (code 02.007) for officials currently classified in the secretarial specialist rank and equivalent.- Place the salary for the intermediate secretarial rank (code 02.008) for officials currently classified in the secretarial assistant rank and equivalent, or officials currently classified in the secretarial employee rank with a qualification of intermediate level or higher.
