Recently, the Minister of Public Security agreed to issue Circular 36/2014/TT-BCA stipulating the forms used in the registration and management of residence.
In order to effectively implement the policy on statistics and management of registration, and residence results, Circular 36/2014/TT-BCA has issued guidelines on calculating the total number of households and individuals currently residing. To be specific:
Explanation of Symbols:
- The total number of households currently residing is denoted as X;- The total number of individuals currently residing is denoted as Y.- The method to calculate the total number of female individuals and individuals aged 14 and above currently residing is the same as the method to calculate the total number of individuals currently residing (Y) as described below.
Method to calculate the total number of households and individuals for the Provincial Police Agency
- X = Total number of households with permanent registration - Total number of households not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the province + Total number of households with temporary registration moving in from outside the province.- Y = Total number of individuals with permanent registration - Total number of individuals not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the province + Total number of individuals with temporary registration moving in from outside the province.
Method to calculate the total number of households and individuals for the District Police Agency
- X = Total number of households with permanent registration - (Total number of households not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the province + Total number of households not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the district within the province) + (Total number of households with temporary registration moving in from outside the province + Total number of households with temporary registration moving in from outside the district within the province).- Y = Total number of individuals with permanent registration - (Total number of individuals not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the province + Total number of individuals not residing at the registered permanent residence moving out of the district within the province) + (Total number of individuals with temporary registration moving in from outside the province + Total number of individuals with temporary registration moving in from outside the district within the province).
