Electronic portal integrated with online school management system in Vietnam (Illustrative Image)

in accordance with  Article 15 of Circular 53/2012/TT-BGDDT, the regulations stipulate that the electronic portal of the Department of Education and Training and the Division of Education and Training integrates online educational management information systems in Vietnam including the following main modules:

- Student records and academic performance management system;

- Teacher management system;

- Equipment management system;

- Electronic library management system;

- Document management and administration system;

- Exam and enrollment management system for various levels;

- Educational quality assurance information management system;

- Universal education and illiteracy eradication management system.

Additionally, the operation and general administration of these systems are undertaken by the Department of Education and Training and the Division of Education and Training. The online management information systems are put into use collectively after trial implementation and obtaining assessment opinions from the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Education and Training.

Note: Each school iin Vietnam s provided with an account and password to access the aforementioned management system. Schools are not required to invest in separate servers or allocate technical IT staff for system installation and management.
