The price appraisal dossier shall be exploited and used in accordance with the provisions of the law on pricing and the law on archiving. The exploitation of the price appraisal dossier must ensure confidentiality as prescribed by law.
Documentation for valuation appraisal to be filed in paper form includes:
- Name and number of the dossier, date of creation, and date of filing.- Basic information and contact address of the valuation client.- Basic information of the appraiser and all other staff of the valuation enterprise assigned to participate in the asset valuation appraisal.- Original or certified copy of the valuation contract and minutes of liquidation of the valuation contract (if any), or the original document requesting/requiring valuation.- Information and documents on the legal, economic, and technical characteristics of the valuation asset, or the enterprise that requires valuation assessment/determination of the enterprise's value and comparable assets (if any).- Report of the expert invited to provide professional opinion (if any).- Field survey report with assessments and signatures confirming by the appraiser conducting the field survey. The survey report should clearly state the purpose, time, names of participants in the actual survey, results obtained from the field survey, discrepancies (if any) between the field survey results and legal documents, and reasons for such discrepancies.- All collected documents and information, including actual photographs, and other necessary documents and information to form the valuation result.- Analytical and assessment documents of the appraiser on related valuation issues.- Original Valuation Result Report and appendices attached.- Original Valuation Certificate and appendices attached.
