February 18, 2014, Decree 11/2014/ND-CP was signed and issued by the Government of Vietnam, prescribing regulations on scientific and technological information activities.

Note, scientific and technological information services stipulated in Points a, b, c Clause 1 Article 12 of Decree 11 are provided free of charge by public organizations performing the functions of scientific and technological information.
