Decree 11: 07 Types of Scientific and Technological Information Activities

- Collecting, updating, and processing data, figures, facts, and information to establish and develop scientific and technological information sources.- Researching, analyzing, and aggregating scientific and technological information to serve forecasting, policy making, leadership, management, scientific research and technological development, production, business, and other socio-economic activities.- Developing information infrastructure, building databases, information sites and electronic portals on science and technology; establishing and deploying scientific and technological information networks; applying information and communication technologies, advanced technical means in scientific and technological information activities; building electronic libraries and digital libraries.- Searching, retrieving, referencing, exploiting, and using scientific and technological information.- Providing, exchanging, and sharing scientific and technological information sources.- Disseminating scientific and technological information and knowledge.- Other related activities.
