Decree 10/ND-CP: Establishment of Commune under Son Tay District, Quang Ngai Province

Decree 10/ND-CP stipulates the adjustment of commune administrative boundaries and the establishment of communes in Son Tay district, Quang Ngai province as follows:

- Establish Son Lien commune in Son Tay district by adjusting 3,718.23 ha of natural area and 1,535 inhabitants from Son Mua commune. Son Lien commune will have 3,718.23 ha of natural area and 1,535 inhabitants.- Establish Son Mau commune in Son Tay district by adjusting 3,718.23 ha of natural area and 1,599 inhabitants from Son Tan commune. Son Mau commune will have 3,718.23 ha of natural area and 1,599 inhabitants.

After adjusting the administrative boundaries:

- Ba Dinh commune will have 3,575.95 ha of natural area and 3,685 inhabitants remaining.

Ba To district will have 113,669.52 ha of natural area and 49,766 inhabitants, comprising 20 administrative units including the communes: Ba Dinh, Ba Dien, Ba Tieu, Ba Kham, Ba Thanh, Ba Bich, Ba Ngac, Ba Vi, Ba Le, Ba Vinh, Ba To, Ba Nam, Ba Trang, Ba Xa, Ba Dong, Ba Chua, Ba Cung, Ba Lien, Ba Giang, and commune-level town Ba To.

- Son Dung commune will have 4,587.82 ha of natural area and 3,207 inhabitants remaining.

- Son Mua commune will have 3,716.35 ha of natural area and 3,572 inhabitants remaining.

- Son Tan commune will have 3,666.45 ha of natural area and 2,243 inhabitants remaining.

Son Tay district will have 38,221.68 ha of natural area and 17,475 inhabitants, comprising 09 administrative units including the communes: Son Dung, Son Bua, Son Lap, Son Tinh, Son Tan, Son Mua, Son Long, Son Lien, Son Mau.
