Contents on Creation of Environment to Support Students and Pupils in Entrepreneurship

At the end of 2018, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC guiding the management and use of non-business funds to implement the Scheme "Support students to start up by 2025".

According to the provisions of Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC, educational institutions must proactively utilize legitimate funds to support students' startups, specifically:

- Organize, operate, and implement activities of the student startup support center; startup clubs, business startups, enterprise startups, innovation; science and technology clubs.- Repair, renovate, procure, and upgrade facilities and equipment to establish a service environment providing startup support for students; support funding for startup activities, startup clubs, and student startup support centers.- The funding for the organization of the aforementioned activities shall be decided by the educational institutions themselves, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law and the regulations stipulated in the Scheme.
