Curriculum vitae and Judicial record card.
Confirmation from the agency or unit to prove the actual duration of professional activities of the person recommended for appointment or the person who has applied for appointment.

Procedures for appointing judicial experts at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment:

- The head of the agency or unit under the Ministry selects those who meet the criteria specified in Article 3 of this Circular, prepares a dossier recommending the appointment of judicial experts and sends it to the Department of Personnel Organization of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

- The Director of the Department of Personnel Organization presides over and coordinates with the Director of the Legal Department to review the dossier, select, and submit to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment for decision on the appointment of judicial experts.

Procedures for appointing judicial experts at the local level: The Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment presides, cooperates with the Director of the Department of Justice to select those who meet the criteria as prescribed, prepares a dossier, and proposes the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to appoint judicial experts.
