11 Occupations with High Risk of Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases

This is a notable provision delineated in Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH which stipulates several organizational contents for implementing occupational safety and hygiene work at production and business establishments.

Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH provides a list of occupations with high risks of occupational accidents and diseases. To be specific:

- Mining, coking production, refined petroleum products production.- Chemical production, rubber and plastic products manufacturing.- Metal production and metal products manufacturing.- Non-metal mineral products manufacturing.- Construction project execution.- Shipbuilding and repair.- Electricity production, transmission, and distribution.- Seafood processing and preservation, and seafood products.- Textile, garment, leather, and footwear product manufacturing.- Scrap recycling.- Environmental sanitation.
