This is the content stipulated in Circular 48/2017/TT-BYT issued by the Ministry of Health on December 28, 2017, regulating the extraction and transfer of electronic data in the management and payment of medical examination and treatment costs covered by health insurance.
Circular 48 stipulates the methods of electronic data transfer as follows:
- Method 1: Connection via web service;- Method 2: Synchronization of electronic data from workstation software;- Method 3: Direct data entry;- Method 4: FTP (File Transfer Protocol) file transmission.
Additionally, Circular 48 stipulates that healthcare facilities are entitled to choose one of the above-mentioned electronic data transfer methods, but must ensure the accuracy of the data and consistent output results.
