03 Cases Requiring Adjustment of Ordered Publication Categories

if falling into the following cases, it is necessary to proceed with the adjustment of the ordered publication list:

- The commissioned topic has been approved but the manuscript cannot be completed; changing the topic name to match the content or changing the author, translator;- Changing the print quantity of the approved ordered publications;- Changing the receiving address of the approved ordered publications.

Note: The adjustment of the ordered publication list is only applicable until October 30 of the planning year and must be reviewed and decided by the competent authority.

Additionally, Circular 07 also stipulates the handling of non-compliance cases regarding the ordering of publications, specifically:

- If the publication does not comply with the approved list, the publisher must refund the order cost.- If the ordered publication does not meet the approved quantity:- In the case of exceeding the approved quantity, the publisher will only be accepted for payment according to the approved quantity;- In the case of less than the approved quantity, the publisher will only be accepted for payment according to the actual quantity.- If the ordered publication is not sent in the correct quantity or to the approved address, the publisher will only be accepted for payment for the approved quantity and address.- If the ordered publication list is not sent within the regulated time in Clause 3, Article 9 of Circular 07, the order will not be executed.
