General standards of professional ethics

Standards of qualifications for training and retraining

- Possessing a master's degree or higher relevant to the field of cultural heritage;

- Possess a certificate of standardization of professional titles and professional titles of cultural heritage officers.

Standards of professional and professional competence

- Firmly grasp the guidelines and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, development strategies in the field of protection and promotion of cultural heritage values;

- Having in-depth knowledge on the protection and promotion of cultural heritage values;

- Capable of analyzing, synthesizing, systematizing and proposing and advising on the development of policies, legal documents, schemes and programs on the protection and promotion of cultural heritage values;

- Capable of organizing and directing the research and application of scientific and technical advances to improve and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the protection and promotion of cultural heritage values;

- Having basic information technology skills, using foreign languages ​​or using ethnic minority languages ​​for officials working in ethnic minority areas according to job position requirements.

Salary for Class I Heritage Members

Occupational title of a class I heritage officer is applied Table 3 (Professional and professional salary table for officials and public employees in non-business units of the State) promulgated together with Decree 204/2004/ND -CP , specifically as follows:

Occupational titles of class I heritage members may apply the salary range of class A3 and group 2 (A3.2) public employees, from salary coefficient 5.75 to salary coefficient 7.55 ;

Currently, according to Decree 38/2019/ND-CP , the base salary is 1,490,000 VND/month.

Thus, the salary of a class I heritage member will be from 8,567,500 VND/month to 11,249,500 VND/month.

Circular 16/2021/TT-BVHTTDL takes effect from February 5, 2022.
