Who Prepares the Construction Survey Task?

Section 2, Article 26 of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP provides regulations on construction survey tasks as follows:

The construction survey tasks are prepared by the design contractor. In case the design contractor has not been selected or in other survey cases, the investment decision-maker, the investor, or the competent authority for PPP projects may hire an organization or individual, or assign a competent subordinate organization or individual to prepare and verify the construction survey tasks.

=> Thus, the construction survey tasks are prepared by the design contractor.

If the design contractor has not been selected or in other survey cases, an organization or individual may be hired or a competent subordinate organization or individual may be assigned to prepare the construction survey tasks.
