Which Construction Price Indices are Determined by Project, Type of Project?
According to Clause 1, Article 21 of Circular 06/2016/TT-BXD, the construction price indices are determined based on the project, type of project, including:
a) The price index according to cost factors includes:
- The construction material price index is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of construction material prices.
- The construction labor price index is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of construction labor prices.
- The price index of construction machinery and equipment is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of prices for construction machinery and equipment.
b) The price index according to cost structure includes:
- The building part price index is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of the construction part's prices.
- The equipment part price index is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of the equipment part's prices of the project.
- The other costs part price index is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of various costs such as project management, construction investment consultancy, and other project costs.
c) The construction price index by type of project is an indicator reflecting the fluctuation level of prices for each type of construction project.
