What is an Architectural Work of Value Type I?
Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 85/2020/ND-CP (effective from September 07, 2020) stipulates the classification of valuable architectural works as follows:
Valuable architectural works are divided into three categories:
Category I when meeting two criteria regarding the value of architectural art, landscape, and the criteria of historical and cultural value; the criterion regarding the value of architectural art, landscape, must score 80 points or more. Category II when meeting both criteria; Category III when meeting one of the two aforementioned criteria.
Thus, a Category I valuable architectural work is one that meets both criteria regarding the value of architectural art, landscape, and the criterion of historical and cultural value, in which the criterion regarding the value of architectural art, landscape must score 80 points or more.
