What is an Apartment Building or Housing Complex?
Pursuant to Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 3 of Decree 69/2021/ND-CP (Effective from September 01, 2021) stipulates as follows:
An apartment building is an independent building (block), with one or several units identified according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 3 of the Law on Housing and constructed on a land plot according to the plan.
An apartment complex is an area with 02 or more apartment buildings as specified in Clause 1 of this Article and other constructions, including single-family houses (if any), built on a land plot according to the plan.
