What is a Temporary Market?
According to the provisions of Clause 10, Article 2 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP on market development and management: (This clause is supplemented by Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree 114/2009/ND-CP)
A temporary market is a market that is within the planning but has not yet been constructed in a solid or semi-solid manner.
Additionally, the Editorial Board provides you with the following terms:
- A rural market is a commune market in the districts and in suburban and outer city areas.
- A mountainous market is a commune market belonging to the mountainous districts.
