What is a Permanent Market?
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 2 of Decree 02/2003/ND-CP on market development and management:
A permanent market is a market constructed to ensure a usage period of over 10 years.
A semi-permanent market is a market constructed to ensure a usage period from 5 to 10 years.
