What is a construction project along a route?
Clause 3 Article 3 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP stipulates the construction project along a route as follows:
A construction project along a route is a project constructed along a route direction within one or more administrative geographical areas, such as: roads; railways; power transmission lines; telecommunication cables; oil, gas, water supply and drainage pipelines; headworks of irrigation and hydropower projects; water irrigation and drainage channels; dikes, embankments, and other similar works.
Dossier for applying for a new construction permit for a project along a route?
Based on Clause 2 Article 43 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP, the dossier is stipulated as follows:
- Application for a construction permit as prescribed in Form No. 01 of Appendix II of this Decree;
- One of the documents proving land use rights in accordance with land law regulations or an approval document from a competent state authority regarding the location and route plan, or a Land Recovery Decision from a competent state authority in accordance with land law regulations;
- Documents as prescribed in Point c Clause 1 of this Article;
- 02 sets of construction design drawings in the construction design dossier developed after the basic design approved in accordance with construction law regulations, including: the location diagram of the project route; the general site plan or project plan view drawings; the main longitudinal and cross-sectional drawings of the project route; the foundation plan, cross sectional drawings; drawings showing the main structural solutions of the project; plan drawings connecting with the external technical infrastructure system of the project.
