What Criteria Are Used to Determine the Classification of Construction Projects?
According to Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular 06/2021/TT-BXD (Effective from August 15, 2021), which stipulates the principles for determining the level of construction projects, specifically:
The level of construction projects specified in this Circular is determined based on the following criteria:
- Degree of importance, production scale: Applicable to each independent project or a combination of projects or a technological line comprising many items within the investment construction project as specified in Appendix I of this Circular;
- Structural scale: Applicable to each independent project within the investment construction project as specified in the structural types in Appendix II of this Circular.
