What contents are included in a construction incident report?
According to Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP on the regulation of construction incident reporting, it states:
Within 24 hours from the time of the incident, the investor must report the incident in writing to the District People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee where the incident occurred. For all incidents involving human casualties, the investor must also send the report to the Ministry of Construction and other competent state management agencies according to relevant legal regulations.
The report includes the following main contents:
- Name of the construction, construction location, scale of the construction;
- Names of the organizations and individuals participating in the construction;
- Description of the incident, condition of the construction at the time of the incident, time of the incident;
- Human and property damage (if any).
