2.1.7.1 The construction site must be fenced to prevent unauthorized entry. In case the construction site is located in a remote or remote area, a warning sign forbidding entry may be used, but a person must be assigned to guard, warn and control entry and exit.

NOTE: In order to ensure safety for people outside the construction site, it is necessary to define a dangerous area for fencing according to the provisions of 2.1.1.2 to 2.1.1.4.

2.1.7.2 Do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the construction site (including the temporary accommodation area in the construction site).
