Note:
- Other agricultural and rural development (Agriculture and Rural Development) works with the purpose of use suitable to the type of works mentioned in Table 1.5, they shall be used to determine the grade by importance or capacity scale.
- For livestock production, cultivation, forestry, salt production, fisheries, new rural construction and other agriculture and rural development projects, due to the specificity, in investment projects to build these works often including types of works such as: civil works, industrial works, traffic works, irrigation works, technical infrastructure works, etc. When decentralizing works, it will depend on specific cases to apply decentralization accordingly on the basis of the principles of decentralization specified in this Circular.
- Refer to the examples of determining the level of agricultural and rural development works in Appendix III.
